Cacao Ceremony: Begin the evening with intention setting and a heart-opening cacao ritual to align with the energy of the equinox.
Energizing Kundalini Practice: Engage in a dynamic and joyful movement practice to release stagnant energy, ignite your heart center, and awaken vitality.
Ecstatic Dance:, Music exclusively DJ’d by DJ Farhad Khan which will allow you to move, flow, and express yourself in an ecstatic dance session
31-Minute Oceanic Cosmic Gong Bath: Immerse yourself in the transformative sound healing vibrations of a cosmic gong bath, inviting deep relaxation, renewal, and connection to the rhythms of the universe.
Integration & Connection: Conclude the evening with time for optional sharing, reflection, and integration of your experiences, connecting with community.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, pillow/bolster and blanket, eye pillow for comfort during the gong bath
Water bottle
Wear comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation. We recommend layering to stay cozy and warm while lying down.
